🎯 Event Guidelines – FAQ

  • All team members must be from the same college.

  • There is no limit on the number of teams that can participate from a single college.

  • Only one member per team needs to complete the registration for team events.

  • Registrations must be completed before October 20, 2025, by 9:00 p.m.

  • No changes in team composition will be permitted after registration.

  • Each participant can register for only one event per day.

  • Participants must submit a College ID card or an authorization letter (if ID cards are not issued) in PDF format, available on request during the event.

  • Management Events: 23rd October 2025

  • Non-Management Events: 24th October 2025

  • Spot Registration & Verification:

    • Day 1: 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

    • Day 2: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

  • Participants must strictly adhere to event timings and be present 15 minutes before each round’s briefing session.

  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, or event formats as necessary.

 

  • All file submissions (documents, pictures, videos, audio files, and PPTs) must be made in the prescribed format.
  • Plagiarism checks may be conducted at any time. Participants found guilty of plagiarism will be disqualified.
  • Participants are responsible for resolving their own technical issues. In case of a network glitch during a presentation, only one additional opportunity will be granted.
  • Participants of management events must have a webcam-enabled laptop with stable internet connectivity throughout the event.
  • Participants must not share or forward event links unless authorized.
  • The organizers retain full rights over any content presented or shared during the event.
  • All communication will be conducted via WhatsApp or email as per the contact details provided during registration.

  • If the minimum number of participants for an event is not reached, the event will be cancelled.

  • Any updates, changes, or instructions will be communicated promptly by the organizing committee.
  • Food coupons will be distributed based on the number of registered participants.
  • All attendees must wear the SIMS-provided tags throughout the event.
  • Participants must carry valid identification at all times.

 

  • Participants must maintain discipline, respect, and professionalism.
  • Vulgarity, offensive language, or unethical practices will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Smoking, drinking, or using prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
  • Participants must comply with privacy and conduct policies throughout the event.
  • The decisions of judges and committees are final and binding in all circumstances.
  • Each event will have its own set of specific rules and regulations, which must be followed strictly.
  • The organizing committee and management reserve the right to alter or update rules at any time.
  • In unforeseen circumstances, the committee has sole decision-making authority.
